Our goal is to help you use your abilities to the best of your ability in a positive and supportive environment.

Our work training program is designed for those who have been away from work for an extended period. We follow the Career Support Method from the Vägen ut! cooperatives and create a personal training plan in close collaboration with you and the placing authorities (Arbetsförmedlingen, Försäkringskassan and/or social services). For those of you who are administrators, read more here: Vägen ut! work training/placement form.
